Member Agreement
Punch card + lead network terms · Monroe, New Jersey · Effective August 2026
This is the plain-language agreement between you (the member) and Royal Throne Chairs for the Throne Money Program. By checking the terms box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to everything on this page.
1The punch card
- $1,200 — 10 rentals from the singles fleet: gold & white, silver & white, white on white, black on black, black & gold, and pink & gold thrones.
- $1,700 — 10 rentals including doubles: everything above, plus the double (two-seat) thrones.
- One-time payment. Not a subscription. When your punches are used, you can buy a new card.
2What one rental is
- One rental = one chair for up to 24 hours, and uses one punch.
- Keeping a chair beyond your booked 24-hour window uses one additional punch for each additional 24 hours (or part of one).
3Expiry
Punches are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Unused punches expire after that.
4Booking, pickup and return
- Chairs are reserved by appointment and subject to availability — dates are first come, first served.
- Pickup and return happen at the Monroe, NJ warehouse at your appointment time.
- Optional delivery and pickup by Royal Throne: $3 per mile, each way, arranged and quoted when you book.
5Condition and damage
Every chair is condition-checked with you at sign-out and again at return.
Damage beyond normal wear — including tears, breaks, or stains — means you purchase that chair for $500, charged to the payment method you used at checkout. You authorize Royal Throne Chairs to keep that payment method on file and to charge it for a damage purchase under this clause. The chair is then yours.
6Your rentals are your business
You rent the chairs to your own clients, on your own terms, and you keep everything they pay you. Royal Throne Chairs is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients.
7The lead network (optional)
- $53/month. You pay nothing until there is a real client in your area — billing starts when you accept your first lead.
- When a rental request comes in near you, we send you a message. Accepting the lead starts your subscription and reveals the client's details.
- Closing the lead is up to you. Cancel the subscription anytime.
8The basics
- Treat the chairs like they're yours — because after a $500 damage charge, they are.
- Royal Throne Chairs may update these terms for future purchases; the terms you accepted at checkout govern your current card.
