Lead Network Agreement

This is the plain-language agreement between you (the member) and Royal Throne Chairs for the Rental Network. By signing up, you agree to everything on this page. It takes two minutes to read — please do.

1What you get

• When someone near you wants to rent a throne, we send you the job — the area, the date, and what they're looking for.
• First member to accept the job gets the client's contact details. After that, it's yours.
• We run the advertising and the website. You run the rental.

2What it costs

• Billed monthly to the card you enter when you accept. Cancel anytime.
• If a payment fails, your leads pause and you come off the network until the card is fixed.
• Cancelling stops the leads. Nothing else is owed.

3The rental is yours

• You set your own price and terms with the client — what a rental is worth is entirely between you and them.
• The client pays you directly and you keep all of it. Royal Throne Chairs never takes a cut of your rental and is not a party to it.
• Delivery, setup, pickup, and anything you promise the client are your responsibility.

4You need a throne

You can sign up before you own one, but you can only take jobs for thrones you actually have. Most members start with one chair from the Monroe showroom, and Joe does a better price for members who already have bookings coming in. Call or text him and ask.

5Treat the leads right

• Client details we send you are for that job. Don't sell them, share them, or add people to marketing lists.
• Accept a job only if you can actually do it. Repeatedly accepting and dropping jobs ends your membership.
• Be someone we'd put in front of our own customers — you're representing the network when you show up.

6The basics

• You're an independent business, not an employee or partner of Royal Throne Chairs.
• We can't promise a number of leads — that depends on demand in your area.
• Either side can end the membership at any time.
• We may update these terms for future members; the terms you accepted govern your membership.
