This covers royalthronefurniture.com and rent.royalthronefurniture.com, including the throne rental request form and the Rental Network signup. It is written plainly on purpose.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site:

If you are requesting a throne: your name, phone number, email address, event date and time, the location of your event, and which thrones you want.
If you are joining the Rental Network as an owner: your name, phone number, business name if you give one, your zip code, and whether you already own a throne.

We do not run advertising trackers on these pages and we do not buy or append data about you from anywhere else.

Why we collect it

To connect a person who wants to rent a throne with an owner near them, and to contact you about that specific request. Your event location is used to work out which owners are close enough to help.

Who we share it with

If you request a throne, the owner who takes your job receives your name, phone number and event details so they can arrange it with you. Those owners are independent businesses, not employees of Royal Throne Chairs. They set their own prices and are responsible for their own rentals.

Owners are shown the general area of a job before anyone takes it. Your street address is only released to the one owner who takes it.

We also use service providers to run the business: GoHighLevel for messaging and customer records, Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payments. They process this information on our behalf. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

Messages you will get

We will text and email you about your own request, including a message the day after your event asking how it went. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.

Reviews

If you leave us a review, we only publish it, quote it, or use your first name alongside it if you tick the box giving us permission. Without that box it stays private and is used only to decide which owners stay in the network.

How long we keep it

Rental requests and network membership records are kept while they are useful to the business and then removed on request. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Getting your information removed

Call or text Joe on (732) 207-2230 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it. You do not need to give a reason.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
